Tai-Style Beef Pasta

Light and Protein-Packed

Ingredients :

  • 200g whole wheat pasta
  • 300g lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (coriander or parsley) for garnish

Instructions :

  1. Cooking Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Beef Preparation: In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
  3. Beef Cooking: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until well browned. Season with salt, pepper, and add soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Vegetables: Add diced red bell pepper and sliced zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Assembly: Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture. Gently mix to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Serve: Plate the mixture, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
