Ingredients:
- 200g swordfish fillet
- 4 fresh figs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (for juice)
- A few arugula leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preparing the Swordfish:
- Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium-high heat.
- Brush the swordfish fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish as it cooks.
- Roasting the Figs:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the figs in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the figs with honey and add a few rosemary leaves.
- Roast the figs for 10-12 minutes, until they are tender and caramelized.
- Plating:
- Arrange the grilled swordfish on a plate.
- Add the roasted figs beside the swordfish.
- Garnish with a few arugula leaves and serve warm.
