Ingredients :
- 200g whole wheat pasta
- 300g lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (coriander or parsley) for garnish
Instructions :
- Cooking Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Beef Preparation: In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
- Beef Cooking: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until well browned. Season with salt, pepper, and add soy sauce. Stir well.
- Vegetables: Add diced red bell pepper and sliced zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Assembly: Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture. Gently mix to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve: Plate the mixture, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
