Ingredients :

  • 80 grams of pasta
  • 100 grams of jarred tuna marinated in olive oil
  • 100 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Finely chop the onion and fresh basil.
  2. Combine Ingredients in a Pot:
    • In a saucepan, add the pasta, drained tuna, tomato sauce, chopped onion, and chopped basil.
  3. Add Water, Salt, and Pepper:
    • Pour in 200 ml of water into the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the Pasta:
    • Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the ingredients to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Simmer and Stir:
    • Allow the mixture to simmer while stirring occasionally. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, usually about 15-20 minutes. If the sauce thickens too quickly, you can add a little more water as needed.
  6. Serve:
    • Once the pasta is cooked to your liking and the sauce has reached the desired consistency, remove the saucepan from heat.
  7. Enjoy:
